History:
My father established this family owned and operated business in 1955. I joined my brothers and sisters after graduating from college in 1976. Between my two brothers and myself, we have over 100 years in the trenches. Over the years, I have been involved in all phases of the residential and industrial complex sprinkler business.I have witnessed and participated in vast changes from sprinkler head design to satellite guided controllers and the prominence of drip watering.

Melvin (Mel) Ladd
Joining my father and family after finishing college (Business Degree from Cal-State Long Beach), I earned my experience as one of the team. I have extensive design knowledge from both a theoretical background to in-the-field practical layout. I strive for far above average results. I am also cognizant of budgets and timelines. After many trade shows, seminars, trade magazines and on-line data, and interaction with all the major irrigation industry manufacturers and their reps, I can truly call myself a qualified tradesman.

Mel was the owner and he was such a great and responsible person. We had him come to fix our sprinkler system ( bury excess wire underground and fix valves ) and do some outdoor electrical work. I love to garden but because I don't follow rules, I make a lot of mistakes. I hired Mel over 15 years ago to rejuvenate my front sprinkler system and to install one in my backyard.
